Any athletic or physical activity involves certain risk. The undersigned adult parent or guardian assumes the risk of any and all accidents or injuries of any kind, including death, that may be sustained by, or in connection with the facilities and release, hold the club harmless, discharge and absolve Bill Wing Tennis Academy and Montclair Kimberley Academy, its officers, owners, agents and employees, from any and all liability or responsibility in connection therewith. Bill Wing Tennis Academy assumes no responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by a participant in connection with the use of any of above facilities or services.
